皆さん、ごきげんよう！
さて、ミラノからフィレンツェに向かう時、Frecciarossaなる新幹線レベルの超特急で向かいとても快適で、イタリアという国を少し見直しましたが、帰りはまさにイタリアだよおっかさん！レベルのことが起きました！！！
フィレンツェの駅に、ミラノ中央駅行きの超特急Frecciarossaが到着する40分前には着きましたが、パネルには、何番線のプラットホームで待てばいいのか提示されず、待つこと出発二十分前に、ミラノ中央駅行き10番線と提示され、プラットホーム10番線に向かいました。
超特急なので、プラットホームは誰もが入れるわけでもなく、駅員さんが切符持っているかどうかチェックしていました。
「ミラノ中央駅行き」と言うと、すぐに通してくれ、プラットホーム10番線で待っていると、列車は到着しました。
ただ、電車の出発時間は同じでも、切符に書かれている電車コードが明らかに違うのです！

ただ聞きたいときに誰もいないのがイタリア！
仕方なく、電車に乗って車掌を見つけるもいない！たまたま食堂車にいたボーイさんに「これってミラノ行きよね？」ときくと、「違うよ！ローマ行きだよ！」と答えるではありませんか！
チョー‐‐‐‐‐びびり、ダッシュでアテンドしているお客さんを連れて、電車から降りるも何番線にミラノ行きが止まっているのかも分からず" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />！！

幸いにも、二番目に見つけた駅員は、スマホで見てくれたので、8番線出発がわかり、アテンドしているお客様と走り、プラットホーム入口でストップをかけている駅員に、ミラノ行きは？と尋ねれば8番と答えるなぜ？？？？？？
なんとか走って、ミラノ中央駅行きのFrecciarossa、最後の車両に乗れましたが、私たちでなく、たくさんのミラネーゼたちが、だんご状態で玉突きに一番後ろの車両に押し寄せるように乗り込み、乗れなかった人もいたほどです。
流石のイタリア人たちも、この驚くべき状況に顔をひたすら見合わせるばかり！！
私と言えば、一年寿命が短くなったのは格別！
Frecciarossaのプラットホームではコントロールもあり、たくさんのひとがプラットホームに入ったことを知っているのだから、ホームでのアナウンス、電車上でのアナウンスをするべきだったと思うのです！！
アテンドの仕事で、私の他に二人連れていたことから、私も注意していましたが、自分一人だった場合、ローマに行っていてしまっていただろうと思うんです。
あまりにもたくさんのひとが、後ろの車両から押し寄せ、長い列が永遠と前の車両に続いて行くものですから、たまりかねて車掌さんが「どうしたんだい？？」のこの問に、それまであまりに驚きに、言葉を失っていたミラネーゼたちの怒りは爆発！！「大体、パネルで10番線出発と提示しておきながらだよ、なにもアナウンスもなく、出発のプラネットホームを変えるかい！信じられない！こんなことにあったことなんてないよ！」と抗議！！
皆さん、イタリアでは、出発寸前にプラネットホームが変更されることがあることを、お忘れなく！！
